This busy young family wanted a gorgeous, inviting, family-friendly home that their kids could grow up in. They selected the gorgeous community of Bearspaw to create this home.

We walked with the family and their luxury custom home builder through the entire custom new build process and selected every finish, detail, lighting and plumbing fixture for the home.

From the custom front door to the exterior stone and millwork details of the home, we curated every decision.

This luxury custom build was shortlisted to the final five for the Coveted SAM Awards – best build over $2m. We are happy to prove that luxury can be warm and inviting, too.
