From the moment we first shook hands with Krista Hermanson we knew we had found our perfect partner. Our project was a complete renovation of a late 1970's four-level split. It was a total gut-job; demolished back to the studs. Right from the beginning, she seemed to intuitively know what we wanted the house to look like. Krista understood our home philosophy, our lifestyle, respected our must-haves, gently nudged us away from ridiculous ideas, and ensured we were comfortable at all stages.
