Riverfront Executive Home in Parkdale

Why they came

We were happy to collaborate with beautiful clients and a talented builder (Newgrowth Fine Homes) to realize this client’s dream of an executive home right on the Bow River. Partnering with a builder from the beginning of a new-build home is a challenging and creative experience where we get to flex our design muscles on a blank canvas. Collaborating with builders allows us to aid in functionality before a home’s design is completed and make slight tweaks to kitchen layouts and floorplans and create a cohesive space that will be enjoyed for years to come. We loved selecting every finish on this build, including all interior and exterior materials for this riverfront executive home.

Double the Fun!

We had double the fun as this is a luxury side-by-side riverfront executive home. Not only were we able to aid in layout, but we also got to envision the space in two palettes for two different clients. One-half of this spacious, luxurious, triple-floor home was developed as a more traditional, Craftsman-inspired snug for a professional couple. The other was a symphony in black, white, and soft, warm, wood tones. Each included a covered private balcony perched atop the third floor as a cherry on a master suite that is sure to be the envy of the neighbours. We can just imagine spending endless summer nights watching the sunset, sipping a glass of bubbly.
